Shipping Methods & Costs

 

The Xtreamer.net Online Store offers a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs.

Standard Mail Shipping — usually delivers within 7 to 14  business days after shipping.

UPS 2-3 Day International Shipping — delivers within 2 to 3 business days after shipping.

  

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are either flat rated at 20 euro per normal mail delivery or can be calculated and displayed before you complete your order on the Xtreamer.net Online Store. You can also see shipping costs on the Order Acknowledgment email you  will receive once you completed your order and payment was accepted in our system. 

 

If you order multiple items, you may receive separate shipments. Shipping fees for the entire order will be charged when your first item is shipped.

 

If your country is not listed in the shopping cart drop down list, please send us an email to get an updated quote for shipment costs to your country.

 

The credit given to us for shipping will usually closely match what we pay to ship the item, using the option that you have chosen (GLS or UPS). Shipping costs are an inherent feature in any mail-order service, and we hope that you will understand.

 

 

Delivery Time

Xtreamer.net uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time.

We Work with UPS  or normal mail

 

Once you’ve placed an order, our staff will process your shipment bill & Package number that will be sent to your email. You can visit UPS Tracking page status for shipping and delivery dates for each item. The ‘Ships By’ date is an estimate of when the item will ship from our facility. The ‘Delivers By’ date is an estimate of when the item will be delivered to your shipping address. All estimates are based on business days.

 

 

Signature on Delivery
 

Most of our shipments contain valuable items, so our carriers are required to obtain a signature upon delivery. If you will not be available to sign for your shipment, we offer three easy options:

 

Option 1: Pre-Fax with Xtreamer.net

Once you receive the Ship Notification email from Xtreamer.net Store, Send us a Fax with your full details and proof of purchase and identity to +49(0) 9832/706818

You can designate a preferred delivery location — front door, back door, immediate neighbor or building manager . Just add your comment on the order comment panel. If you designate an address other than the one specified on the package (for example, a neighbor), someone must be present to sign for the package. If you want someone other than you to receive the package on your behalf, a fax from you must be received prior to shipment.

 

Option 2: Sign the carrier’s Delivery Notice after the first delivery attempt

If you miss the first delivery attempt and our carrier leaves a Delivery Notice, you can sign the Delivery Notice and leave it on your door prior to the next delivery attempt. The carrier can then leave the package by your door. The carrier will attempt delivery three times before your package is returned to Xtreamer.net.

 

Option 3: Pick up package at carrier’s local office

After the first delivery attempt, you have the option of picking up your package at the carrier's local office. Just call the number on the carrier's Delivery Notice and inform the carrier that you want to pick up your package in person. Please note that you'll need both of the following IDs for the carrier to release the package to you:

A government-issued ID (driver's license, passport, residency card) that matches the name on the package

 

A second ID with your name on it (credit card, social security card, etc.)

 

 

Shipping Restrictions

 

Xtreamer.net Store gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.

Shopping in the U.S.
The Xtreamer.net Online Store sells and ships items only outside the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. If your resident of USA and Xtreamer.net product your are looking for is listed in Xtreamer.net  websites please place your order with confidence as we will serve you happily..
 
No shipments can be made to APO or FPO addresses, PO Box addresses, freight forwarders, United States territories, or addresses inside the United States. You may not export any products purchased at the online Xtreamer.net Store.
The Xtreamer.net Online Store does not support shipping items in a single order to multiple shipping addresses. To ship items to an additional address, please place a new order on the Xtreamer.net Online Store.

Import Fees Deposit
All products shipped to these countries via Priority International Shipping are subject to an import fees deposit
Orders that are shipped to countries outside NL. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). For your convenience, when we use International Shipping to eligible countries, Xtreamer.net Export Sales will estimate and collect an Import Fees Deposit, and such funds will be used by the carrier or another agent to pay the Import Fees on your behalf (or on the recipient's behalf) to the appropriate authorities of the destination country.
